Mrs S Tokens

judges remarks: BI COLOUR RAGDOLL KITTEN FEMALE; 1st & Best Of Breed:  blue bi colour lass of four months old. Very good temperament and a pleasing youngster. Super size and weight for her age. Ears of a medium size and slightly tilt forward. Flat plane to the top of the head. Cheeks quite full and muzzle filling out nicely. Gentle dip in profile. Level bite. Eyes with a slightly oblique shape and good blue colouring – it was the eye colour that decided the placing.

At the Progressive Ragdoll Cat Club 2009 Maz did me really proud.  I attach some photos and the Judges comments. He was first in both his open class together with best mitted kitten and also best mitted.  See my article published  in the Progressive Ragdoll Breed Cat club Annual  entitiled 'Debutant stud ragdoll 2009'  which is amongst the many other articles on this wonderful  breed. (a fantastic read and reference document sent to all members of the PRCCC)http://www.prbcc.co.uk/

COLOURPOINTED or MITTED KITTEN MALE

1ST MRS G DODD’S PARTYPALACE MAZARATI (66w) M 31/1/09

Seal Mitted Ragdoll who is very laidback and wondered what all the fuss was about. He has lovely balanced type. Good size and shape, body is long and he stands on legs that are medium in length on large round paws. Broad head with flat plane and good width between ears which are medium in size. Eyes are well opened, slightly oblique and set nicely apart. They are a medium blue in colour. Nose is medium in length and has a gentle dip. Good bite. Cheeks well developed with rounded muzzle and firm chin. Dense seal points. Chin bib and chest are white as is the underbody. His mittens are white up to the angle of the paws. The back legs are white up to the level of the hock. Coat needs more preparation and it was very shady; it is beige in colour and quite short at the moment. Tail is long and bushy.

Mazarati did me proud again winning 3rd place in the open at the National Cat Show at Bracknell on the 28th of November many thanks to Steve Stanton for this fantastic picture taken at the show for Cat Planet show news.

1st Open & Best Of Breed

A very handsome and huge youngster, with incredibly long white whiskers and eyebrows really standing out against the deep velvety seal colour of his mask.  Very pleasing Ragdoll type and size, his head is broad with a flat plane between medium sized ears that tilt forwards gently, medium length to nose with a gentle dip, rounded cheeks and muzzle, firm white chin.  Expressive and stunning deep blue eyes are large and well opened, set very slightly obliquely.  Long and muscular body, substantial limbs and large tufted paws, the tufts are like snowshoes.  His tail could be a fraction longer to balance better with his wonderful size.  Nicely marked mitted, his front paws are sparkling white, back legs are white past the hock and his white chin extends downwards through to his tummy.  Personally, I would have preferred his very thick long coat to be paler in colour, it is very dark but does still show some contrast with his points, albeit only weakly.  Wonderful nature, he really knew how to show himself off to best advantage.

Mazarati has recently won Best of Breed and another 1st in his open class at Reading Southern Counties Cat Club. He received a lovely engraved medal which he thought he would wear round his neck
